• The next day, the transfer process is carried out by determining how many of these eggs are fertilized and which ones are of good quality. This transfer process is done under ultrasound. The cervix is entered through a very thin plastic tube called a catheter. The best quality embryos are selected and left inside the uterus. The patient may be asked to rest for a few days.
